Making a payment through MoneyGram

I’ve tried to call about my bill but the wait time has been over 30 minutes.  So u had a payment arrangement setup for 11/30.  A few days prior to my cc was compromised therefore my payment was denied.

On 12/1/23.  I made the the payment that was due the day before at Walmarts MoneyGram and the payment has not posted yet.

Has anyone else experienced this yet?
