Loyal member for 17 year's
After 17 years with t mobile I lost my job and made an agreement for today's date for $198. When I woke up my phone was disconnected. I called customer support and asked for managers but apparently the people I was being transferred to were the same voices. I was told to pay 198 by the 16th but when I called they are requesting $429 in which I didnt have. I told tye guy I can give you 200 and Pay the addendum on my next first check will be the 27th he said no he cannot. Then I got hunger up on because there were no more supervisor. This is very unprofessional from tmoble especially from a loyal customer. I requested another manager because I was so upset they cannot agree on this. The staff at tmoble are very unprofessional on the weekend and don't know what compassionate. After 17 years I must leave.

Use messenger on Tmobile's Facebook or Twitter account. No heavy accent there or scroll down to the support tab below this post, click on it and wait a few seconds and if available a chat tab will open.

Yes...it's the same thing but the people on the weekend have a very heavy accent and aren't knowledgeable. I've been transferred to 4 different managers and they all are the same people. They don't care.

Did you try contacting Tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms to see if they can help you they also are a higher tier of support.
