Loyal Customer Perks
Why doesn’t T-Mobile offer perks to it’s loyal customers, i.e. phone purchase discounts or plan discounts especially to those customers who have been with T-Mobile for some time?

Because companies don’t grow from existing customers, but by adding new customers with incentives.
T-Mobile Tuesday’s have plenty of perks.
My perk is my $60 unlimited two line 55+ One grandfathered plan.
