Lost phone
I reported my daughter's phone as lost and her service has been suspended. I want to know if I can submit an insurance claim and pay off her phone.
If you have coverage, Assurant is the provider with T-Mobile. File or Track My Claim | T-Mobile | Assurant
It won't pay it off .
There's a deductible to replace.
You have to pay off the device whether lost, found, or replaced .
