legacy prepaid Gold rewards only added 3 months! Supposed to be a year
I refilled my prepaid account, and the payment confirmation said I had 1 year to use my minutes, till december 2022. But upon logging into my tmobile.com account, it says my credit expires march 202...
I had the same thing happen to me and found this post when I Googled. If support ever gets back to me I’ll be sure to post a more informative reply.
