Apparently the chat function on the site is only for post-paid accounts, so the person told me to call in. With how long the hold time is, I waited until the next day. Checking my account before calling, I saw that it had updated to the correct 1-year duration by itself. Reload → 3 month duration on Gold Reward level → ~24 hours later 12 month duration.52Views0likes0Comments
