International Card was charged but bill is still showing as unpaid.
I have the $75 post paid plan and I used an international card to charge it. The t mobile app said payment isn’t processed but the card was charged and and equivalent of $75 deducted. I don’t understand. How can I get my money back or use that $75 to pay the bill?
Payments can take up to 3 business days to process. Sometimes longer if this is the first time you are using that card or if the account is new.
