How do I file a complaint against an employee at a T-Mobile store I called him and told him I just signed up for two phones they came in the mail and I don't know which SIM card goes in which phone c...
contact TMO through one of their social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter and put a report in that way..they can also tell you which should go to which once you verify who you are etc.
