Good luck, I cant stand TMOBILE
I am also getting the Tmobile run-around with a rebate. As a returning customer after 10 years without Tmobile, their technology (Website and app) need some work and are frustrating. As a new customer, they've already lost any goodwill they initially had with me. They are probably lying about sending the rebate again.
