How can i get U.S. based phone support? I pay in U.S. Dollars!

I called for a problem with my phone. Turns out it involved “short codes” sent from a company in Europe.

I gave the overseas filipino reps a chance AND after an hour and a half of back and forth, they could not help me! They finally transferred me to the U.S. That rep fixed the problem in 2 minutes.

    For postpaid.  The best time to reach a US based call center is at 7AM eastern time.

    What type of plan. Prepaid plans are usually sent to outsourced call centers and post paid accounts are USA call centers depending on the time you call.
