Has anyone with 360 "protection" coverage been able to get their screen repaired through Assurant???
...or were you forced to pay the $99 deductible (plus taxes and fees) to REPLACE the phone (even though it did not need to be) because Assurant doesn't offer a repair location? What!!! If I can’t...
Yes I live on Long Island in NY. I just recently got my screen fixed for the second time through T-Mobile 360 protection plan with Assurant at a participating repair location called CPR. I filed out a claim online at http://mytmoclaim.com/ and they showed me participating locations where I could get my phone fixed I paid $35 to get the screen fixed. I'm not sure where you live but if you go to the website and you have the T-Mobile insurance from Assurant that's what you should do. That weren't many places I can go but I was able to make an appointment and everything at the closest one I can find near my home. Took me a while to figure it out they don't make it easy but I did.
