Dropped calls in my house
I have had a problem with calls dropping when I am at home. I live in Chicago, and my phone works fine everywhere but at home. I am talking fine, and then, the call goes dead. Sometimes it come...
I took a look through our Can't call, dropped calls, & other calling issues and you've done most of the troubleshooting. As long as you're on the latest software and the issue happens without a case, the next step is to contact us. An Expert will take a closer look, may have some additional troubleshooting to complete, and will get this escalated as needed.
@fireguy_6364 My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S21. I purchased it from TMobile. The dropped calls happen everywhere and the airplane mode 'hack' doesn't help. It is so frustrating to continually drop calls. I know you are a moderator, but ease up already. By the time we find a forum, we are already upset. And SOME of the posts are 2 years old. Some are from last month. Some are from 2 days ago. All that tells me is that this is an ongoing issue that has not been resolved. T-mobile over sells their bandwidth like Windstream does. And both services suck.
