Dropped Calls! Calls als just go to VM CAnt take this anymore!

Nothing but issues since Sprint went away in March!  TMOBILE may have nice cust service, but I guess they have to since their service is terrible.  I am on business, personal, emergency calls that just drop, and again, and again.  This is unacceptable but I guess they get away with it.   SPRINT WAS THE BEST SERVICE EVER.  TBMOBILE Unreliable and ripping us off.  Why am I paying for a phone to use it on WIFI in my house that I am also paying for?!  What is the FCC doing about it? Nothing
