Downgrade my plan due to job loss
Hello, I want to downgrade my plan from Magenta to the cheapest plan possible.
I don’t need Netflix or AppleTV (My household already has these along with paramount+)
and I mostly use wifi for Data and calls.
I have the Samsung S22 Ultra and am still paying that off at $50 per month, no issue with that.
I make very few calls.
When I attempt to do this online it only gives me certain options to select from, but I have read that T-Mobile has much cheaper plans, I literally want the barebones
You need to contact Tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms to see if they can help you they also are a higher tier of support.
I no longer want business plan. Id like to downgrade to basic plan. I need to save money.
For a post paid plan the essential plan is the cheapest but you pay taxes and depending on which state you live in it may be cheaper to stick with the Magenta Plan.
