Do not Trust T-Mobile Company, their promotions or network.
T-Mobile sucks, I should have understood better. The network sucks and they are deploying cheating sales techniques. I have similar storyline as above.
I also got sold an offer 4 lines with 4 free phones. I traded my 3 phone and they said, I can bring my own device for 4th one. If there was conditions attaches, I should have been told about them.
I was forced to sell all my 3 Iphones to them cheap to T-Mobile to get the deal. They said do not worry about anything that shows up in your bill for 2 months, everything will clear out in 2 months. After two months, I am screwed.
They say, we do not see that promotion in our system. They said you are on another promotion saying Buy 1 phone and get 2nd for free, but still I needed to trade all my three phone.
After fighting, they said yes you should be on 4 lines with 4 free phones, but still continue to charge me around $118.16 for lines and 67.50 for equipment.
Just in two months, they billed me almost 500$. It was supposed to be just $100/month + tax every month. That means I should be billed around 240 approximately. They are giving me go around.
Update: After multiple customer service calls
Tactic -Do not worry about first two bills, every thing will be fine after that: It means, they will bill you what ever they want first two months. You will not get credit for those two months. For example if you have device credit ( phone on us) you will not get it.
After multiple, they kick the ball, saying you will get after 24 months. I am thinking, if I did not carefully monitor my bills and fight back, they would have continued to charge me what ever they want,
Tactic -Sales guys. Agreed I will be on $100, 4 lines plan, but put me on what ever plan and charged me a lot for 2 months on wrong plan. Did not get the credit back for their cheating tactic. No email confirmation of what is agreed, because we do not know until two bills.
Don’t trust T-Mobile with their promotion. They had a promotion 4 lines for 100 but every month since I got my 4th line my bill have been between 123.00 to 160.00. I called spoke to a manager name ROSE and she said she don’t see that offer. ROSE was no help at all. ROSE told me that I should go into a store nd they would be able to help me better.
