Hey there! You can actually cancel your FamilyWhere subscription by following these steps:

Cancel your subscription on My T-Mobile

1. Go to My T-Mobile and log in to your account.
2. Select PROFILE.
3. Select Family Control.
4. Select FamilyWhere and then select Access FamilyWhere.
5. Click Settings.
6. Under My Settings, select Unsubscribe.
7. Click Unsubscribe from T-Mobile FamilyWhere.
8. Click Unsubscribe.
