cancel a line impact another line's promotion?
I have 5 t-mobile voice line on my account.
I was trying to cancel a line that i don’t use anymore and T-mobile customer service rep told me if I cancel this line, it will impact something not good on the other line that still on t-mobile promotion.
It sounds like he is threating me not to cancel.

The T-Force Team is a tier 2 support team fr the start. You can contact them by sending T-Mobile a DM on either Facebook or Twitter.

I have had my T-mobile acct for 2 yrs and 5 months, On New Years Day 2024 I went to the T-mobile store since I was eligible for upgrades, I have 2 Samsung cells and 1 Galaxy watch. I decided to upgrade 1 cell to a Iphone 15 Pro and get the free Apple watch SE, GREAT...not so! Today I called to cancel my line for my Galaxy watch line since I needed a new line for Apple watch. I called T Mobile today to cancel my Galaxy watch line since I have the new watch WRONG I was told I needed to keep the old line for 3 months WHY I FULFILLED MY PRIOR COMMITMENT on the Galaxy, I should be able to cancel that line even if I did not get a Galaxy watch but got the Apple watch and new line. I was able to get a $20 credit for the line but I still have a Galaxy watch that I'm not going to use and was told I still need to call in 3 months to cancel from today 1/5/2024 which will be per T mobile rep 4/6/2024.

Some promotions requiring adding a line with restrictions on canceling any line within a certain period of that new line can invalidate the promotion. The T-Force Team would be the best resource to explain to you if canceling a line would impact any of your promotions.

You can try using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms to like Facebook or Twitter and ask them why then you have a digital record of the conversation.
