Billing address change failure
I keep getting an error message when I try to change my billing address. However I did get a text stating that my address was changed. When I check, it’s still showing the old address. Can I get some...
Try to change the billing address on a prepaid account today. It will say it was successful, but when you check it, it will still be the old address. Customer Service could not change it either.
