Being charged fees and taxes on old addresses
I recently looked back at my billing history, and I am being charged T-Mobile fees and charges as well as government taxes on fees on 3 separate addresses. One address I haven’t lived at in over 10 ...
On contacting T-Mobile today, after seeing a 20 year old address with a 911 charge, I escalated to a supervisor and as such they repeatedly informed me 'I am on a taxes inclusive plan'. I could not get an answer as to to if all my older plans were 'tax inclusive'. I am guessing after a number of refunds this as become the party line for now.
