Bad customer care
I have been trying to get a phone back that was shipped to T-Mobile by mistake. It was supposed to be shipped to Samsung. I was told that the phone was in the warehouse and I would receive it in 10 d...
From my understanding. All devices returned to one of T-Mobile's return centers and oartners are not possible to return to the custimer.
You can reach out to the T-Force Team by sending T-Mobile a DM on either Facebook or X/Teitter because it doesn't hurr to try but it will more than likely not be returned to you.
