A year late for my reply, but I can't agree more. Assurant is such a scam that - after 12 years - I'm considering ditching T-Mobile entirely due to their association with this deceptive and unscrupulous company. T-Mobile should be ashamed of themselves for being involved with Assurant. I'll gladly pay more to a provider who doesn't insist on aligning themselves with these bait-and-switchers. Any ideas?
