Applying a credit balance to another account
Hi -- I have a $117.16 credit balance on my old account that I would like to apply to our current family bill. Anyone know how I can do this without an hour long wait to speak to someone? Thanks....
you can contact TMO through either Facebook or Twitter..just send them a DM...do not post on their main page.
Not sure what the difference is but it’s a balance from a previous account.
