Anyone having trouble canceling Family Where? CS promises cancel & refund, but it keeps being added every month.
Did have the service at one time, but canceled when removed a number from plan. There is now only ONE phone line on this plan, so not only is the plan cancelled, it’s superfluous. Three calls to CS for each of 3 months says they will fix the issue. No fix. No refund of $10 monthly. Just supposed to believe they will make good on their promise? Anyone know FCC complaint process, or is BBB a better route to take?
Hey there. We never want customers to pay for something they don’t need. We have steps for cancelling that service on our FamilyWhere Support Page. Just a few clicks and you should be able to remove it once and for all.

How did you cancel it? You should be able to remove it from your Mytmobile account in the line add ons.
