10 year customer Unable to get a SIM Card.
Been a customer for 10 years somehow. Yet unable to get a replacement SIM card … well…I'm out of here, good luck T-Mobile.

helps to know a bit of background on what you tried and where it was denied..if youre hoping an agent will spot this and try to save the day im afraid this is primarily a peer to peer site..no assistance other than from another customer.
did you try contacting a local store near you to see if they have one?
