thank you HeavenM, i did not expect to find philosophy here but it often helps to look at the bigger picture once in a while. New Year is the traditional time to do that. I would rather do it while raising a toast to all the good things, but at the same time not ignoring the bad things. I would add focusing a little more on progress seems to be psychologically more uplifting. But since I am by nature and by age a contrarian, I also love a good rant. The thing is, or maybe it is highly individual, what has worked for me, is to stay verbal, keeping expressing what you feel, whether it is positive or negative, and keep lingering worries from being inside your head. So, good luck to all for 2025, let's hope Tmo will become more agile, more transparent, and thus more successful.
