(THIS IS NOT HELPFUL SO PUSH NO) I got my phone today and I’ve got to say upgrading from my Samsung galaxy j3 prime was worth it. But I’m angry at the people putting 1 star like do you know how to research before buying or reading reviews before buying? Like bruh everyone knew that it wouldn’t have some stuff in the box or it wouldn’t have some features on the phone. SO BEFORE YOU BUY SOMETHING DO RESEARCH. It ain’t Samsung’s fault it’s your fault for not doing research. Again the phone is great with the 5G speeds.

No micro SD card slot or headphone jack.

I've had numerous Samsung phones, starting with the s2 ,s3,s4,s5 active , s6 ,S7 ,s8,s9 edge & note 10 plus. All of these came with micro SD card slots & headphone jacks except my note 10 plus. They all also included wall chargers & cables included. Now Samsung has removed all these from their phones and still ask a very high price point for their products. This is the last straw for me. I'm going to switch to lg now. At least lg doesn't force bixby down your throat. Imo it's the most useless assistant I've ever used. Peace out Samsung rip.

I bought this phone 2 months ago thinking I would have a solid reliable phone to last me a few years but I noticed it had some occasional slowdowns. I thought this wasn't a big deal as it was probably still setting things up. Unfortunately it has gotten a lot worse over 2 months and now its out of the warranty period which in only 20 days, so I'm now stuck with either a refurbished or faulty phone after paying full price for a brand new device. I'd recommend to be cautious and return at the first sign of trouble.

It's been a month and there's much to learn still. Much sturdier than the s10. thank goodness. With fast charge comes over heated spu. It cooks. Make sure to change some settings to combat this. The 5g is like 3g slow spotty and I'm uncertain why I needed 5g so badly but whatever. If there's a way to shut 5g off and use only 4g idk. If there is then tell me so I can use this option. Omg folks the camera is ridiculous. It's taking professional grade photos. Ive entered some into contests. The cameras in this device are spectacular. There's none on the market nearly as good in phones. This alone makes the phone worth while. There's no SD card slot. Boooo. That's what I say. Booooooo. But oooooo the camera. Also being able to use an s-pen from my tab 6 or note 8 makes this phone my all time favorite phone. Yes they have glitches and someone is getting greedy removing SD card external memory and forget not the phone gets hot hot. But the good or out weigh the bad.

This phone is amazing. I recently had purchased the OnePlus 9 Pro 5G. The battery life was short and the photo quality on the phone was lackluster. I used to have Samsung phone in the past and shouldve stayed loyal. This phone does the job and then some.

It's been a week since I got it and I must say, I'm super happy. Traded in my loving S9+ for this one and can truly say that I miss the adoptable storage, other than that the call quality is really good and the screen is pretty impressive and responsive. Charger is not included, so I purchased one specifically for this phone and it works great. The YouTube videos look really great after revising the display settings from the main menu. Thank You T-Mobile for 20 years of great customer service and support.

I had originally got the iPhone 12 Pro Max after reading reviews and checking some of the videos. I went and exchanged for this. Let me tell you it was absolutely worth it! This phone is totally amazing and destroys the others in my opinion. The camera takes the best pictures I've ever taken on a phone. It's very very fast. I have yet to have any lag at all. The screen is super crisp and the colors are very vivid. The signal quality is superb. I would go from 5G to LTE all the time with the other. I have yet to lose signal with this. I feel like I'm definitely getting my money's worth with it. I would definitely recommend this to everyone!

Best Phone Ever

This phone is by far one of the best Samsung phones around the 5g is blazing fast sometimes and my office is in the basement of a 15 floor building. Sometimes I switch my settings back to 4g/lte because my location. 5g is new and the towers aren't everywhere. The phone doesn't get hot and it runs extremely smooth. And I play alot of games COD,PUBG, and I link my Xbox games and play them without any problems. The camera is crazy I don't even take pictures but you have too with this phone sheesh. If you are coming from a note series this is the best alternative. You will be very happy. I had mine for about 6 months now and still love it.

I love the new s21 ultra. I went from an S8 to the Ultra. There are 2 features of the new design that I really wish were like the S8. I really do miss the headphone jack and I especially miss the notification lights so i can tell if I have a new notification and if my phone is done charging. I only know if there is a new notification if I completely wake up the phone and unlock it. The only other way that i have found is to turn on a feature that allows the phone to notify you with a sound that you have a new notification every 3 minutes. Very, very, very, and I mean incredibly annoying when you are trying to sleep. If there is another way, I have not discovered it yet.
