For the price, it's an excellent value.

Got this phone part of the "trade in any working mobile" deal, and that makes it deliciously good value. It runs One UI 3.1, guaranteed for 3 years of software updates, has a good sized display, giant battery, and an efficient SoC. That means, excellent battery life. 90 Hz smoothness. If I could change something on this phone, it would be the 720p LCD display - would much prefer it to be a 1080p AMOLED similar to the international 4G variant. Camera is good - not as good as a flagship of course, but you can't expect it to be at this price. (The flagship phone I have is the S21 Ultra) Otherwise, it's an excellent phone that is really "all the phone you need".

Most Mediocre Phone

I got this phone about a few weeks ago. As bad as it sounds for a new phone I have to say it's extremely average. The phone would run smooth itself, the audio is decent, and gaming on it isn't too bad. Everything about the phone would be about a 4.5 star rating, until it comes to the camera. This camera is dreadful. It might be so bad you would be able to compare it with my dad's 2013 LG. Many pictures in normal lighting settings would come out as gray and bland. As compared to my older A20, the cameras are a huge difference. The A32 CANNOT be used normally in low light settings. Although the phone has a very nice processor and can run tasks very well. The camera tones the rating down a lot as it's a new phone, only releasing in February. The images are samples of what photos the phone has taken.

Yes, I recommend this product.

From 12 inches away, if it was sitting next to the S21 Ultra, you'd have a hard time telling them apart.
90 Hz, and the V-shaped notch gives it away.

A great phone for the price

I realize this is not a current generation phone, and purchased it for that very reason. I can't afford the cost of the newest phones that are being released these days, so I settle for something a couple of generations back that might be about one-third or one-fourth the price. I've had this Samsung for about three months now, and I'm very happy with it. I've read reviews of people complaining about video streaming and other high-demand data functions being inadequate, but I don't generally use my phone for those purposes, and as such have not experienced any such issues. The newest Android system took some getting used to, but it is fairly intuitive, so it didn't take long. I only have two complaints about this phone overall, and one is my own fault. I knew going in that a 6" screen might be a bit big, but I got it anyway because my grandkids "borrow" my phone all the time and I know the larger screen makes it easier for them and their games. But with a case added to it, this is a bulky unit. In hindsight I should have gone for a 5.7" screen version. My other issue is screen sensitivity. It is just way too sensitive to even the slightest indirect tap being interpreted as a swipe, or at times I am only hovering my finger over the screen, considering my next tap, and the phone takes action without an actual touch. Yes, I'm old-school and don't much care for touch-screen laptops either - I would much prefer to stick with a mouse or stylus, as I like having very strict control of my input, but I also understand that this is where our current technology has taken us, so I'll deal with it.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Great Samsung 5G phone for the general user

Our family has four separate lines: 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We all had 4G phones, and exchanged them for the A32 5G phones. The biggest thing I noticed was the longer battery life (I am a heavy user, and it can stay on for the whole day). I also noticed the increase in coverage area (possibly due to better antenna technology, or more probably the 5G). The chip was fast enough for any of our regular usage. I no longer have problems with the bluetooth devices that my previous phone had. The only thing I miss from the old phone is the water resistant rating. This phone does not have that. In general, the positives far outweigh the negatives.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Good workhorse phone

I found this to be a superior phone in every detail. The battery is huge, screen is excellent in quality and clarity, updates and operation have been smooth. I was sceptical since i was upgrading from a high tier phone but i have not been disappointed. It does not do wireless charging but my experience with that has been iffy at best anyway so let's plug in a type C and get a good dependable charge. Have played a few games and it works fine, i see no downside to this phone. First obtained one for grand daughter, was so good i upgraded my phone as well!

Yes, I recommend this product.

Lackluster at full price and decent at $0

This phone is decent at best, there would be several other devices I would pick over this device at full retail. The screen size is nice and all but a 720p LCD on a 6.5 inch screen is a noticeable downgrade. The main camera is the best camera, wide angle and the other lense give poor results. The phone lags a bit at time and don't even try to play intensive games such as COD Mobile because you will be disappointed. If your buying an older person or younger child a phone for the first time, using it as a backup phone and can get it free i would recommend. For all intent and purposes though, full price for this device would be a bad investment.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Heed the Reviews if you expect Functionality

An OK phone with some major inadequacies, hence the FREE price point with some promotion. They know this phone has some MAJOR hardware issues. Don't expect to ever be able to use your fingerprint to unlock the phone, for example. Just doesn't work. So instead of fixing or improving, Tmobile has obviously dealt with this by making you think you got an excellent "deal". If you like saving money over a well made phone then this is the phone for you. If you prefer a fully functional in every way piece of hardware, keep looking. Believe me. I am in the second group, just didn't heed the reviews, and now I am back trying to warn you.

No, I do not recommend this product.
