For your protection, if your company chooses to transfer a number to another wireless provider, an authorized user must contact Customer Care to release the line.

Authorize the port.
Have an authorized user call T-Mobile Customer Care at 1-877-347-2127.

Contact your new provider.
Give your new wireless provider the number that’s being switched over.

Transfer the line.
Your number will be transferred safely and quickly – simple as that.

If at any point you decide you do not want this level of line protection, just call and let us know. This protection can be removed at any time.
