What is Account Hub?

Account Hub is a T-Mobile for Business self-service portal that makes it easier than ever to manage your business account.

How do I log into Account Hub?

Use your existing My T-Mobile username and password (TMOID).

Why should I use Account Hub instead of My T-Mobile?

My T-Mobile was built for T-Mobile’s consumer customers. Account Hub was built specifically for T-Mobile for Business customers, offering more ways to meet your unique business needs.

Can I use my My T-Mobile username and password to log into Account Hub?

Yes, you can use your My T-Mobile credentials to log into Account Hub. Once you log into Account Hub, you will no longer have access to My T-Mobile. Should you try to log into My T-Mobile after logging into Account Hub, you will be redirected to Account Hub.

Can I use both Account Hub and My T-Mobile?

No, once you have access to Account Hub, your My T-Mobile access will no longer be available. If you try to log into My T-Mobile after logging into Account Hub, you will be re-directed to Account Hub.

Does Account Hub have the same features as My T-Mobile?

Account Hub currently does not offer the following features that My T-Mobile does:

  • Setting up payment arrangements
  • Accessing historical data 12 months or older
  • Accessing your digits line

Additionally, Account Hub is not currently available to all T-Mobile for customers.
