Public Votes to Decide Who Wins a 5 Day, 5 Friend Private Jet Adventure

Bellevue, Wash. — Mar. 31, 2003

T-Mobile USA, Inc. today announced the official kickoff of the See. Send. Share.SM camera phone photo contest. T-Mobile customers across the United States will email pictures taken with their T-Mobile camera phone to a special contest Web site to win daily prizes or the ultimate spontaneous adventure. The voting public will decide who captures the best “you had to be there” photo and wins the trip of a lifetime – use of a private jet for five days with five friends to five cities in the continental U.S. The real life adventure will be documented online for the world to see, using a new T-Mobile camera phone of the grand prize winner’s choice.

To enter the contest, T-Mobile customers simply take a picture with their T-Mobile camera phone and e-mail it to photos@t-mobile.com. The submitted photos will be posted in an online photo album at the company’s contest Web site, www.SeeSendShare.com. During the 45-day contest, judges will choose one winner and four honorable mentions each day from among the eligible entries with daily winners receiving $500 and each honorable mention receiving $100. At the end of the contest, judges will select the top 10 pictures from the daily winners for the grand prize voting. The public will vote for the final winner to be announced on or about May 27.

T-Mobile introduced five camera phones in the U.S. since late 2002, all of which enable consumers to capture those fun or surprising moments by emailing them to family and friends to say with a picture, “see that’s what I’m talking about.” In the last three months, more than one million pictures have been sent over T-Mobile’s network by T-Mobile customers eager to share everything from new adventures to everyday life events.

“The excitement for camera phones and visual communication has been tremendous,” said Nick Sears, vice president of consumer product marketing for T-Mobile USA. “People now have a whole new way to communicate. T-Mobile customers GET MORE® fun by sharing their photos with the world – and of course the chance to win a private jet party.”

Customers will need T-Mobile’s t-zonesSM service to send photos through their camera phones. The contest also provides for an alternative method of entry, please visit www.SeeSendShare.com for details.
