Fans Nationwide Get “All Access” with First Ever Online Concert Broadcast from Alcatraz Island

T-Mobile USA announces the “T-Mobile ALL ACCESS” concert experience with Barenaked Ladies and Train on October 16 on the famous island of Alcatraz, part of the Golden Gate National Recreation Area. Through radio promotions and online sweepstakes, fans from across the country will have the chance to win ‘All Access’ trips and Get More From Life® with T-Mobile special guests at an unforgettable, one-night-only exclusive concert event. In addition, fans from around the world will have the opportunity to watch the concert live on www.t-mobile.com and at AOL® Keyword: tmobileallaccess. The event marks T-Mobile’s return to the historic island – the scene of its nationwide kick off event last year, when T-Mobile launched its brand in the U.S. and its Get More® promise became synonymous with innovative, one-of-a-kind products, features and services.

The announcement was made last night during five simultaneous “T-Mobile ALL ACCESS” concert events which brought music fans five-concerts, in five-cities, all on one night. Major participating performers included Ashanti (New York), Jason Mraz (Chicago), Fuel (Philadelphia), LIVE (Dallas) and 311 (Los Angeles). Fans all over the world had “All Access” to watch the five concerts and hear the “T-Mobile ALL ACCESS Alcatraz” announcement in the first ever simultaneous online broadcast event at www.t-mobile.com and AOL Keyword: tmobileallaccess, in partnership with Samsung mobile phones. Clear Channel Entertainment produced the five simultaneous concerts and will be producing the upcoming event on Alcatraz Island. Lucky winners from across the country will be awarded exclusive passes to the “T-Mobile ALL ACCESS” Alcatraz experience through a variety of fun and spontaneous giveaways.
