Ranked at #63 overall AND #1 in the telecommunications industry, T-Mobile continues to be a leader in creating a company culture employees are excited to work in. The best part? This ranking is driven solely by those who know the Un-carrier best – our employees. Better yet, this list is calculated based on voluntary employee feedback that is shared anonymously on Glassdoor. Our employees love T-Mobile so much, they spend their own time to share feedback about working at T-Mobile – that’s pretty remarkable. And, based on the reviews, it’s clear that our employees appreciate that we have a leadership team that truly listens to feedback, and gives employees opportunities to be heard, inspired, and have an impact.
Take for example, T-Mobile giving retail employees the opportunity to add gender pronouns to their badges. All starting with an email from an employee to Jon Freier, T-Mobile’s Executive Vice President of Consumer Markets, proposing the idea to add pronouns to retail badges. Freier was quick to take action, and a few weeks later the option was available to all frontline employees across the nation. And this is just one example – there are many more out there on how our senior leadership not only listen to employees, but also take action on their behalf.
