Re: Charged for a Cell Spot
Same things here but I was given a network extender when I opened my account over 10 years ago. When I opened the account I asked if I wasn't happy if I had to return it and I was told no. Now 3 weeks after I change carriers I get a letter to bring this cell spot thing to a T-Mobile store which I did to 2 different stores as I'm not sending them anything without a receipt because I don't trust them at all. The first store won't take it cause they aren't corporate but the letter only says authorized store so ok I go to the corporate store and they refuse to take it and can't give me a receipt because the SKU is so old it doesn't exist in the system anymore and they won't hand wow a receipt because they don't want to put it in the mail because they don't want to be liable for it and don't trust their own company to say they received it and that all the parts were there cause all they would have proof of is that they sent a box not what's was in it and they know the company won't be able to scan it in cause it no longer exists. So they want to charge me 138.00 for something that they sell for 28.00 and isn't worth $5. They also have no paperwork stating that I agreed to send anything back or be charged as they told me it was mine to keep period. They can have it but not without giving me a receipt. This nonsense is unacceptable. At this point they owe me for several hours of my time and gas money for my travels to 2 different stores which none of them are even near my home. I'm done with being abused by this company which is why after over 10 years I switched. I didn't even care if it cost me more money per month for my bill than to deal with a company that in my opinion are thieves, liars and abusers. You can't even call and get a real price from them. You can talk to 3 different people the same day and get 3 different prices on the same thing it's amazing. I just want nothing to do with them. I want this thing taken off my account as I did what they asked I took it to their store and they wouldn't take it and they give no option of me having proof that I have anything back and I should just trust them. Well that ship has sailed there is no trust and never will be again so T-Mobile needs to come up with a solution or take it off my account cause it never should have been there. Shame on them for pulling all of these fraudulent things on customers that were nothing but loyal to them while they have no loyalty to customers. They've gone to bait and switch and devious sales and billing practices. Shame on them for being so despicable52Views0likes0CommentsS22 ultra problems
S22 ultra connectivity issues are due to a Samsung update. It has nothing to do with T-Mobile. I tried everything suggested but nothing worked until I wrote to Samsung CEO. I then got an offer from them to fix the phone for free but their tech people told me my phone was old and I needed an s24. I told them that I didn't consider a phone that at that point I hadn't even had for 2 yrs and was still paying on was old and why would I even buy another Samsung product. They then told me since my phone was no longer under warranty my choices were to pay $800 for a repair or buy a new phone. I said I have no problem paying for a repair if I broke the phone but I didn't they did with their update so I'm not paying for any repairs also that was the most expensive phone I had ever purchased and it didn't last 2 years and the phone that I was speaking with them on was a7yr old pixel 2 because their phone was useless. So when I wrote to the CEO a couple of days later I received a call back offering a free repair but while it was being repaired I went out and bought a pixel 8 pro which I like much better cost me less money. Now I have a new s22 that is sitting in a drawer. I appreciated the free repair but these phones should have been recalled as they are aware that they caused the problem luckily I was in a position to buy a new phone. I'm sure other people were forced to get another phone from Samsung as the only thing they could afford if they needed a phone at all. Who else would take a trade in on a phone that can't make or receive a call? It's just sad and despicable that they would put people in that position.296Views1like1Comment
