How is this company still in business?
Are the customer reps at T-Mobile in a competition to see who can be the rudest and least helpful overall to their clients? That is the only explanation I can fathom for the continued experience I've had with the company over these past three years. On the technical side, I do receive basically reliable phone service and I can live with the bill. While all my devices are eligible for upgrade, and I want to upgrade all of our devices; T-Mobile doesn't want to reach across the aisle with any enticing offers. They are beyond greedy and show no respect for long time loyal customers.204Views1like1Comment
