agreed. i love how they can just change binding contracts then change rates for more dough. rough time to be a tmobile CSR. my plan will be increasing by $50. CSR just told me in a few more words: "our costs are going up so we need to do this." Why then would you GUARANTEE the rates won't go up ever? Pretty rough.539Views3likes0Comments
