T-mobile Charging me 300$ for a Non-Return CellSpot fee even though I sent it via UPS.
Tracking Number: 1ZY7948A9090280372 This is the tracking for the CellSpot that I shipped via the UPS prepaid label that comes in the mail which tells you that you need to return the CellSpot device. I sent the CellSpot device back, and as with the tracking number, you can see it arrived at the destination on September 19th. Yet, on my final bill with Tmobile, they had the audacity to charge me 300$ for a non-return CellSpot fee? How? And when I try to get support from Tmobile, all they want is a 6 digit pin which I do not have. I’m getting extremely frustrated with this situation. Please help!
