Hi SeanNetworks, it's kind of you to inquire. The phone is new, January 2025, TMo, unlocked, current Android, all updates in place, storage room to spare. More likely than these level 1 Q&A points that you raise is a systemic issue. Could be a pervasive S24 / Android14 issue, or just Tmo.
