White box - Tmobile calls it Home Internet LTE WiFI Gateway (newer ones look like cylinder towers). I find it very curious that according to Tmobile Home Internet Website that service is not available based on my street address and phone number. Based on another thread I attempted htt/: Ip address but it kept timing out. May need to close everything to try…. Still having issues, but now I have added a 7am drop along with the 2:30pm drop. I assume it must be something external. Some weekend, I need to see if happens on Sat/Sun. Rebooting gateway does not always resolve. Wondering if I need a new gateway?I have the white box? I appreciate you taking the time to respond. I don’t have anything in my home (that I am aware) that would cause the disruption. I have always experienced drops from day one but were more intermittent. The 2-230pm thing has started in the last month or so. At first I thought it was my work VPN disconnecting me auto at 8 hours...but that’s not the case. My LTE and WiFi lights are always green (unless I restart the box); my T-mobile phone app will same I connected with a weak signal even when I don’t have any connection. I have one of the original white retangular boxes. I have attempted to call and complain about wifi drops without success. Last person manged to factory reset and I had to reactivate everything. It has always happened as a blip with reconnection (although enought to kick me off of VPN). But lately past fee weeks it has been like clock work between 2-2:30PM and it is down for at least 30 minutes. Anyone have any suggestions. I tried to check updates but wasn’t sure if the list was in chrono order - Ex the update at the top most recent. Calling support makes my BP go up. Spent 45 minutes today just getting some type of ID - but it appears I can’t use that to get any help either. Thanks.238Views0likes11Comments
