How to report (properly) poor/non-existent coverage?
According to the T-mobile coverage maps, we have 5G and Ultra 5G coverage in certain areas. However, there's a few spots where literally the iPhone 15 Pro Max shows SOS (meaning ZERO coverage), let alone 4G, etc. Even "better" is when you do get say, 2 bars of 5G UC, and yet you cannot make any calls, internet, etc (for miles). So how does one go about properly reporting these trouble spots to get a T-mobile tech out to the area to confirm/deny/fix?240Views1like2CommentsNo T-Mobile coverage at Universal Orlando's new Epic theme park?
I'm a little surprised, to be honest, that there's apparently no coverage for T-Mobile users for Universal Orlando's new Epic theme park (next to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure). Apparently Verizon and AT&T have coverage there. https://www.reddit.com/r/UniversalOrlando/comments/1k00pqs/epic_universe_cell_service/93Views0likes0CommentsRe: netflix update

I just received a text message from T-Mobile that my cost would be increasing to $16 per month to keep Netflix Premium. You should be able to change to Netflix Standard option for $8.50 per month added to your T-Mobile bill. T-Mobile Is Changing Netflix "On Us" For Some Plans (tmo.report) I’m a bit confused. Where did the above screenshot/chart come from? IF I read the above correctly, if you have Go5G Plus or Go5G Next, you get NetFlix Standard (not NetFlix standard w/ads) for free? It says Remains Free under the Standard column. We have Go5G Plus, but on the T-Mobilie add-ons it only says we get the Standard w/ads On US?48Views0likes0Comments
