Thanks again. I previously did create a new network …No luck with that. I have been told that the issue is that T-Mobile internet does not provide a static IP address. Looking for a fix or workaround. Thanks again.

Thanks for your response. 2Gig is the name of a home security touch panel. It Wi-Fi connects to my security monitoring company …EMC. So I’d like info why Xfinity maintains it’s connection and T-Mobile drops the connection after a few minutes.

Home Security System Drops Internet Connection
My home security system which uses 2Gig Control Panels keeps dropping the Tmo Home Interent connections. Had to go back to Xfinity which staysconnected. Would like to use Tmo. Can anything be done to use Tmo?
