T-Mobile keeps overcharging me. Customer Service can't get it right
I switched from MetroPCS to TMobile about 6 months ago. They promised me a plan consisting of three lines, two phone upgrades, internet for $30 for life, totaling $185/month and with $30 first responder discount, it would have been $150. But even with the first responder discount, I consistently got charged $185. After calling customer service, a representative assured me the issue would be fixed, but it wasn't. Following another call, a representative attempted to explain the $150 bill. Frustrated, I insisted on understanding why my bill was $185 instead of $150. She suggested downgrading my plan to eliminate a good hotspot and achieving the $150 rate, which I accepted. However, the next month, the bill was $165. Calling again, another representative explained the $165 bill, which I rejected, reiterating my $150 promise. After consulting a supervisor, a $15 monthly discount was offered and confirmed via text. Despite this, my bill reverted to $165. An email sent five days ago remains unanswered. Given these persistent issues, I'm contemplating canceling my plan and considering switching to another company. I regret switching to TMobile. I wish I never had.107Views0likes0Comments
