$280 bill for international call
I've been a T-Mobile customer for seven years, but I just received a bill for over $280 due to an accidental call to Belgium. I intended to make the call through WhatsApp, but somehow, it went through as a regular international call and lasted over 80 minutes. I reached out to T-Mobile support, but they told me there's nothing they can do since the window to dispute the charge (which was three days ago) has already passed. After seven years as a loyal customer, it’s frustrating to face this kind of response, and I may have to switch to another provider.
