Re: 2nd SyncUp tracker does not send virtual boundary notifications.

My second SyncUp Tracker isn’t giving any entry or exit notifications for virtual boundaries, even though all settings are enabled and I’ve tried reinstalling the app. Just like you, I even replaced the tracker, but the new one also has the same problem. My original tracker works but drains the battery pretty fast. It would be great to hear if anyone else has found a fix for this. Any update on this?27Views0likes0CommentsRe: Android Phone Not Receiving Text Messages After Switching to T-Mobile Network

I also went through the chat features setup, and it shows as "Connected." However, the issue with delayed or missing messages persists. Do you think it could be related to the SIM activation or any specific T-Mobile network settings? Or should I try reinstalling Google Messages or switching RCS off and on again? Appreciate any other suggestions you might have! Please assist me, I don't know what to do as I am not a technical person.40Views0likes0CommentsRe: Android Phone Not Receiving Text Messages After Switching to T-Mobile Network

Hi T-Mobile Community, I recently switched to T-Mobile with my Android phone (Samsung Galaxy S21), and since then, I haven’t been receiving text messages consistently. I can send texts without any issues, but incoming messages are either delayed or don’t arrive at all. Here’s what I’ve tried so far: Restarted the phone and reset network settings. Checked the APN settings to ensure they match T-Mobile’s recommendations. Verified that my SIM card is properly activated and seated correctly. Tried using both Wi-Fi calling and regular mobile network modes to see if there’s any difference. Is there something specific to T-Mobile’s network or Android settings that could be causing this? Has anyone else experienced this issue after switching networks? Thanks for any advice or solutions!255Views0likes4CommentsRe: 2nd SyncUp tracker does not send virtual boundary notifications.
