I'm having the same issue trying to use VNC and/or Remote DeskTop. All was working with Comcast before I switched to Home internet. Signal & dn/upload speed is excellent. So here we are in December of 2024 & just got the home internet with the new "white" box TMO-G4AR model & want to connect remotely using VNC and/or RDP to my TP Link router with port forwarding already setup.
