I have ported my 3 connection to tmobile on 5/8 2022 and since then i am having billing issue, once they have rectified it and since then i am paying 289 permonth instead of 150 permonth. apart from this i am paying 20 $ X 3 connection to revive the connection every month. this issue is not solved till date. what are the escalation channels and what are the options?
