Update: After speaking with troubleshooting, it turns out there's been maintenance on our tower. They recommended checking the T-Life app, or calling in to speak with Internet troubleshooting, to figure out if that's the case and to get updates on it. Your best bet is probably to ask and see what's going on with your tower. Similar situation, I live across the street from a tower and it definitely seems like the one my router is connected to. Latency has been so much worse in the past couple/few months than when I first signed up a year ago, but it's never been totally without issues. Worst is when the router says it's got a "strong connection" but there's no internet. When the tower (which I have line of sight on out my window) goes down, I can see on my phone that I have 2 bars of 4G from the next nearest. The router is surely "connected" likewise but unable to provide a reasonable high-speed connection. We're having to reset the router daily at this point, and we're still running into lag spikes and juddery connections on calls, streaming, and games.154Views0likes1Comment
