My kid's sync up watch was showing up on the app until the afternoon. After that, it no longer shows up. If we call from the watch I get the notification of the call within the app, and I also get the notifications that the watch has low battery but there is not location showing up on the screen. Has anyone else had this issue? I've logged out and logged in to my account several times while connected on wifi and without it. I deleted the app and logged in again, and nothing helps.
