Apple refers me back to T-mobile stating that they don’t have control over the RCS working on the network and that is the issue of T-Mobile. attempt 3 with T-Mobile consisted of deleting my E-SIM and downloading a new one, which did not fix the RCS unavailability fiasco. I was suggested that I do a factory reset or a settings reset but at this point I don’t think this the problem. Has anyone experienced this problem? if so have you resolved it? whad did you do? if it is all about IMS allowing RCS, how did you fix that? thanks in advance. I solved it!!!! I’ve gotten rcs to work on my iPhone 16 pro. Go to cellular turn off your e sim or physically remove it. Wait 10 minutes. Restart device. I think Apple is giving you the run around if it’s not working. It has been confirmed that it is the carrier. Just because Android had it for some years doesn’t mean it is Apple. Case in point there are some Android phones that have had the same issue.
