Home Internet disconnect
Home internet worked flawlessly for about 2 months. Great speeds and didn’t drop connection. At some point speeds started to dwindle and gateway would disconnect and reboot. T-Mobile sent out new gateway. Speeds are better, but it disconnects several (5-20) times a day. Today tech support told me too bad, find another provider if you don’t like it.I’ve been a T-Mobile customer for over 20 years. I just want it to work as advertised and I know it can, because it did for a while. Question: would an external antenna help with the dropped connection?94Views0likes1Comment
