My phone lacks the bands that T-mobile uses. What can I do to fix it
I bought red magic 6 smartphone. I had no idea that it lacks the crucial bands needed for t-mobile. The bands it has are A+NSA: compatible with both standalone and non-standalone modes 5G: NR n41/n78 2G+3G+4G： GSM 2/3/5/8 WCDMA B1/2/4/5/6/8/9/19 CDMA/EVDO BC0/BC1 TD-LTE B34/B38/39/40/41 FDD-LTE B1/B2/B3/B4/B5/B7/B8/B12/B17/B18/B19 /B20/B26/B28/B66 It does not receive any calls. But I can make calls from it. It goes right into voice mail even if my phone is on. I am annoyed with this because this was a 700 dollar phone. And now its been 6 months of purchase. Can T-mobile adjust its bands so that my phone can have the ability to receive calls too?475Views0likes2Comments
